LICHSGFIN [ 22.03.2013 AT 7 PM.]

Every stocks hovers between its resistance & support, in this respect it is important to note were it is closed and what was its earlier closing.

Also please note that resistance & support is not like LAKSHMAN REKHA i.e. it can be broken. Normally earlier high is resistance & low is support.

LICHSGFIN has strong support at 208.00 as stated earlier too and now will face resistance in the range of 224 to 226, closing well above 227 will take it in new level of resistance & support.

On 22.03.2013 it closed with a gain of 2.2% at 216.45.

LICHSGFIN – Oversold. 52 week low was at 209.00 & high was at 300.25.

On 21-03-2013 – it closed at 211.80.

I am accumulating it in small qty, brought at 224.10 & 210.60. In case if it breaks 206.00 [*] it should get support at 197.00 – 192.00. Below 190.00 it will fall further. I will by more if it breaks 190.00. First let us see if it breaks 190.00. In case if it breaks 190.00 I will tell you where to buy further.

[*] It has support at 208.00.

Yesterday RUCHISOYA & THERMAX had given a good closing.

RUCHISOYA looks good to me as long as it trades above 60.00 and  THERMAX above  576.00.
